I’m currently fat from Christmas, so I’m on a low-carb, calorie-restricted diet and doing laps in my pool daily. Because I know from experience that hooking up with young girls is way easier when I don’t have a donut around my waist.
If you want to lose weight fast, I recommend intermittent fasting. Chase swears by it, and I’m shedding a kilo per week. It’s quite an easy diet. Just skip breakfast. Wait about six to eight hours after you wake up to eat. Keep the food intake to a 4-8 hour window, and lay off the booze, sugar, and breads. You’ll shed the pounds in no time and start getting that sexy older man look you need.
On the other hand, if you’re a twig, start lifting and gaining weight.
