Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds: we offer refunds of your latest charge if requested within seven (7) days of the billing date for quarterly or annual subscriptions (in case you were signed up, meant to cancel, and forgot). Your subscription will end the moment your refund is processed, so make sure you want to end right now! We don't offer refunds on monthly subscriptions, so if you've read all you need to read here and you don't want to renew again next month, be sure to cancel before your next bill is due!

Program Refunds: at Girls Chase, we have a very liberal refund policy and believe strongly in customer satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied in any way with a product purchase made through Girls Chase, let us know within 30 days of purchasing your product, and we'll send you a full refund, no questions asked.

Service Refunds: any distance coaching session (phone, video, instant message, or email) may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session is to be held and will be refunded in full. If cancelled after 24 hours, we charge a 20% scheduling fee on any refunds for the time of the coach. No-shows that are not cancelled or refunded in advance are not subject to refunds. For in-person coaching (e.g., bootcamps or live in-field training), cancellations must be received two weeks or earlier before training occurs to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between two weeks and one week prior to live training are subject to a 50% convenience fee. Cancellations received later than one week prior to a live coaching session cannot be refunded. Once provided, a service (whether phone, email, live, or any other coaching) cannot be refunded. NO SHOWS: in the event you schedule a coaching session but do not respond to your coach's attempts to schedule your session, or do not show up to a session, your payment is not able to be refunded. You have sixty (60) days from the booking date to schedule a coaching session; after sixty days your payment may no longer be refunded.

Chargebacks*: sometimes customers use chargebacks to get refunds, either because they weren't satisfied with a product or because they decide they don't want to pay for it. Chargebacks impact our credit with our bank and force us to pay an additional chargeback fee in addition to the product refund. For this reason, we fight chargebacks to the full extent of the law; this includes using debt collection agencies and civil court proceedings. If you've purchased a product from us and would like a refund, just ask! Don't use chargebacks - they're bad for everyone involved. Use our contact form instead.

* We charge a $26.00 processing fee plus any fees charged to us by your bank in addition to your charged back amount during collections.
