Looks matter to women
Most Women (and people in general) get with others around their looks level. A 7 woman will not take a 4 man to be her boyfriend unless he has significantly higher status or is rich. A woman can afford to get a man who is within her looks level that has the dominant and attractive traits you've stated. Of course, if the man is her looks-match but doesnt have other attractive qualities she will be turned-off unless she values looks a lot. But the just having attractive qualities like dominance and great fundamentals alone will not get you a girl above your looks level most of the time. Women have a minimun looks threshold that must be passed otherwise shes going to discount you and look for a better option, and no, dominance alone wont save you.

Is the male equivalent for nice boobs or ass not muscles? How come is a great face?
Does that mean that women are not excited by our bodies in the same way we are excited about theirs?
Think analogically
That's because muscles can be worked. We can work our muscles by working out.
Face can't be changed significantly. This goes for a woman's breast and ass too.
Unless plastic surgery.
That's why men's face is compared with boobs and ass.
The overall message is Women do care about looks but not as much as we do.
Men do care about personality and a strong woman who is independent and doesn't always need her man next to her 24/7, but not as much as women want a dominant yet sensual rock (double entendre definitely intended).
Other words, as men, we are better off working the fundamentals and personality than to spend 5 figure sums on plastic surgery. And women are better off working out their slim body and proper maintenance with an ok personality, than to strive and become leaders or "men with boobs" and change themselves entirely to make a societal point. And of course, they can skip the plastic surgery too...sorta. Sorta...

Sounds like your someone who thinks outside the box. You've turned your face from the wall, so to say, from conventional psychology (not an easy thing) and see things from your own eyes. May I suggest to you The Art of Love by Erich Fromm? You might find yourself walking out of the proverbial cave and find the higher possibility for humanity: compassion rooted in love, sincerity, loyalty, nurturing, patience, kindness, humility, restraint, honestly, trust, integrity ect. When I read height on the list
I had sour feel in my stomach. Strange, because I am fairly tall.
Almost all girls who had pursued me before are shorter than me.
Which is one of my interpretations of that is...
Are they all into me because of height? All my fundamentals and proper dominance in tackling their tests and keeping cool but attainable and warm has been for nothing? I am... just a skyscraper to them? Nothing more, nothing less...
OK of course that's not the case (i think)... Coincidentally, most women aren't 6 feet so... Talk about a direct analogy for "Why do men only care about my looks and not love me for who I am!"
But it does make me wonder what exactly attracted each women respectively? Was it Amy who valued the height more, or Herietta who liked the style more, or was it Jasmine who adored the stunning leadership? I just... don't know.
And asking them wouldn't necessarily give me the answer to these things. Oh as a super curious individual in life about anything and one who wants to know everything, this pains me. I would never know. Except, that something worked and I need to keep honing it.
