Alek, do you think that some guys are just predisposed or wired from birth to ejaculate quickly no matter what they do?..see, I've been doing everything in the article for as long as I can remember, and I can even "edge" for an hour, but as soon as I go back to a "regular/normal pace" I cum within a minute. (And to add to the frustration, once I cum, I can't stay hard at all) so the women aren't too pleased with that. Hey there. I do not think some men are pre-disposed to cumming fast. But again now we are entering into the realm of medical questions - to which I am not qualified. Have you talked to a good urologist about this? I would do it.
You may also talk to a sexologist. I am not a proffesional in male anatomy. This is why I cannot say that much more about it here.
However try to masturbate with high friction (i.e. squeeze harder when you masturbate). This will make every pussy feel lose compared to it, which can prevent premature ejaculation.
