I have noticed that many men are shooting themselves in the foot and purposely selecting battles and battlefields that are not beneficial for them when it comes to dating.

Picking poor battlefields as the selected method for dating is also counter-intuitive – making this not only more difficult for themselves but also limiting their results and making the process much more frustrating.
This post is partly meant to express some frustration I’m experiencing and answer many commonly asked questions. This post will hopefully clarify my thoughts on simplifying the process of getting laid and finding girlfriends, and help guys make the best use of their time and energy.

Yup sounds like me
I'm that guy who only tries to get with girls from social circle. My game is zero and even though i'm decent looking I can't get anywhere with girls from social circle. I finished college and I went to a commuter school so very difficult for a noob like me to get girls when I don't know what i'm doing. Every now and then i'll focus or think about a cute girl from work and believe that I can get her and want her,but I won't know what to do and I get nervous of ruining things,doing something weird,messing up so I never pull the trigger. The only two girls I went out with,one of them kinda made it easy for me by asking if I wanted to hang out and the other girl was so into me that it wasn't too hard to make something happen. But even with her nothing materialized because of my lack of skills. The only way I will ever be competent to get girls is by cold approaching during the day and learning the hard way and to stop depending on work to meet girls when the outcome always end the same with me never making a move or getting the girl.
Not my experience
This has not been my experience at all. I have found the greatest success from online dating, it just cuts throuugh the BS. Compare this with night game which I try to like but cannot:
1. Loud as fuck music in some places, cannot hear shit.
2. Cockblocking friends abound.
3. Most girls are out with their friends, there for attention, or out with a boyfriend.
4. Most bars are sausagefests.
5. Most people are in largely impenetrable groups.
