One of the top PUAs, Karea on the TMM Lounge posted this and I was amazed how he broke it down. I thought I'd share. You're welcome.
"Cali Pimp Reverse Engineered"
After we finished teaching our bootcamp and seminar last week in Tokyo, Kid44, Levo and myself stayed up all night watching Cali Pimp videos with Silk and GrizzlyHavoc, two of our best students. We're trying to break down what this Jedi is doing, here's some of what we found so far.
Anybody who has studied him too, let's put our heads together!
His state
Cali pimp puts himself in a massive sexual state before he even opens the door. He has that anchored to stomping his feet and then he opens the door with a bang. A big part of his method is obviously a black moebius, transferring his state onto her. The text he recommends about this is an essay on personal magnetism, written by a guy called Theron Q. Dumont who lived about a century ago (public domain now). According to him, this is the corner stone of what he does.
His tonality
He leads the girls through a series of emotional states, using his voice tone. He always starts out with warm, friendly and charismatic (not disinterested and sedated like we used to do with MM, not even when he picks them up at a night- or daygame venue.) He also uses long vowels and raises and lowers his voice tone as he does it.
So far we discovered 5 more ways in which he uses his tonality:
- reassuring (to handle her nervousness, "not a problem", "everything's cool", etc.)
- confusion (to handle her objections)
- enthusiasm (e.g. his IOIs)
- dismissive (for takeaways)
- laughter (to break tension and fractionate before building more tension)
- sexual (as he escalates), with sexual breathing
- horny (straining at the leash), this also shows his emotional wiring is okay. A woman's fantasy is to be so desirable to a man that he can barely control himself around her, and he's not afraid to show this.
Testing
He does a snake movement with the camera. When he comes closer, she either:
- flinches -> he backs off and goes into reassurance
- doesn't flinch -> he escalates
Compliance ladder
It seems the goal of his compliance ladder is the face touch. Once she agrees to that, he can get them into a sexual state much faster with kino.
- stand at the wall
- put your feet together (that also makes them feel less balanced)
- smile
- bend over
- say this line
Commitment and Consistency
He gets the girls to say that they are "naughty", "wild", a "wild girl". The first time it's usually tentative, so he tells them to say it like they mean it.
He gets her to verbalize anything that he sees in her which will help to move things forward. "Why are your nipples hard". "What are you looking down there for" when she looks at his crotch (after he grabs it).
Dealing with Resistance
- When a girl objects, he makes her repeat the objection, which will make it weaker. "What's that?" or "Why is that?" in a confused tone of voice. Then he stacks forward or pulls her hair.
- When a girl asks a question, he simply says "I'll tell you all about it." And immediately stacks forward.
- If he gets LMR, he has the girl turn herself on until she's too horny for LMR
Force Framing
His force framing is very simply. He just says things like
"you're feeling comfortable with me, right? "
"you're okay following directions"
"you can feel comfortable saying / doing whatever"
"why are you so naughty / you're naughty"
any gestures that can be misinterpreted as sexual, he says: "why did you do that", or "what were you thinking"
he touches his cock, then says "what are you looking down there for"
"what do you think of me?" then he interprets her answer as her seducing him
If a girl objects "I'm not okay with this", he says "What do you mean you're okay with this".
"what do you want to do with me? just go with it"
"how do you want to be remembered, sexy"
"what kind of girl are you, sexy"
"if you could be a little bit naughty, what would you be doing?"
Vocabulary
He frames her as "sexy", "wild", and "naughty", never as "dirty", "bitch" or "slut". Notice how the first three are seen as positive in our society. I think it's also very important that he uses the word "pretend" a lot, by telling girls to "pretend" to be a bad girl, he makes it OK.
Kino
Screw VinDiCarlo' model... here's CaliPimp's kino:

Takeaways
His freezouts are a lot stronger than what Mystery does. He tells her "It's not gonna work out" or "this is not working" and believably conveys that he's about to end everything, to get her to comply.
Misc realisations
- blame frame game aka S'n'A: "look what you're doing to me" (voice tone: turned on), "you are making me a little nervous", "I can't handle this, go easy with me". This takes away from her nervousness and builds comfort. It also force frames her as seductress.
- he critizises her to make her feel insecure, which will get her to overcompensate. He rewards her for that and holds out a bigger hoop
- resistance is part of the game for him, even if she's massively resisting, he just goes with it and has her sucking his cock within 15 minutes.
- His A2 game seems to be largely body language, dominance and sexuality. His A3 is based entirely on her looks and her compliance. His C game is based entirely on his voice tone and reassuring comments. His S game is dominant kino and dirty talk.
- 101: Neo-Rio is credited with the 101, instead of push-pull you do pull-push-pull. CaliPimp often gives her the option to object or leave, but sandwiched between two commands to move things forward.

My point of view
OK, so here's my story:
A couple of years back my fiance left me and a friend of mine who had been gaming suggested I should try it. He provided me with some books, like Mystery Method and other stuff, you know classic, mainstream PUA stuff. I was already a little familiar with it, since some years before I came across it when trying to get better at job interviews. Anyway, I read the stuff, studied it like the academic I am and was just about to plunge into it, when I reminded myself of one of my own principles: Whenever you learn something new, make sure to check people who have criticized it. I did and found some good people and some who where just hateful of the whole thing. Most notably I read Aaron Sleazy who I believe your readers are familiar with, and it dawned on me, that the main reason most PUAs have (at least some) success is not because of the methods, the routines, techniques and what not. It is because they actually approach and talk to girls. That puts them ahead of - what? - 90 percent of the guys in the club. Of the ten remaining percent the five are the bartenders... I dismissed the mainstream PUA stuff and never looked back.
Somewhere in this process I came across this blog. It was different. Classy layout, classy writing style and language and wonderful pictures (where do you get those wonderful pictures?). It seemed to have some good stuff and I think at the time Aaron Sleazy linked to the blog (though I'm not sure). Then Ricardus starting writing and I saw nothing but the same mainstream PUA stuff that I was trying to get away from. The style of the language declined. For example, Chase, I don't think you've ever written stuff like "Slapping her pussy", but correct me if I'm wrong.
Is Ricardus legit? Sure, for all I know he gets the results he claims. All I'm saying is that I can't distinguish what Ricardus is writing from the mainstream PUA stuff that people like Aaron Sleaze is debunking. Of course, I am no expert so there may be differences I am unable to detect. If there are any, they sure are subtle.
As for the Carlifornia Pimp. In all my years of internet porn I've never seen any of his stuff. I do know of something similar, though. Backroom Casting Couch. The setup is a guy places an ad for adult models. Chicks respond. Some of them want to be an adult movie actress, some of them just think it going to be some posing nude (sounds familiar?). The narrative of all the videos is, however, that none of them suspected they were going to have sex at the interview. But, lo and behold within 15 minutes the girls are giving head and soon bent over for some more action. A few of the girls only want to give a blowjob, a few leave before sex and come back days later to finish up. But here's the thing. According to one source it is all scripted:

This is just one source and one girl, but think about it. In the porn industry it is difficult (at least from what I know) to do porn, without presenting an clean STD test. You can't do it, the industry have their own standards. You just can't do this kind of stuff without prior consent. Of course this can vary from state to state, but I think the story linked above is very good. As for the acting part, it is not acting if you're being yourself. Anyone can do that. Even an 18 year old waitress can be herself. Also, copycats of Backroom Casting Couch have sprung up, and it is all the same. Scripted the exact same way. Always the same.
Moreover, the guy doing Backroom Casting Couch is clearly a professional. He hires a professional recruiter to get the girls:

Ricardus, I'm not a member of any site, I believe you wrote the stuff, and I believe you can escalate that fast with some girls, no question about it. I know I have. However, I don't think you should take what a porn producer does, and think there is no money involved.

State of the Business

Well, to some extent controversy's good, I suppose; it gets people interested and involved. As far as this post, absolutely, I put an affiliate link in there. It was an after-the-fact addition to an already complete post; I didn't know the guy had an affiliate link until after the write-up was done. The post only went up because I deemed it good material. So please don't judge Ricardus, he asked me before he even started writing and I think it's great stuff. And don't judge California Pimp; he's just a guy doing his thing with girls and getting paid to do it.
People always get upset when you "go commercial;" in the rap world, where I came from before this, they call it "selling out" or "joining the industry." You get a contract, you're a sell-out. You join a record label, you're "in the industry." The only way you retain the "respect" of the hardcore people is if you stay broke.
Here are the statistics on this website: 320,000 visits a month traffic-wise. That's pretty good. 90,000 of those are repeat visits; people who've been here more than once. Despite 320,000 visits here a month, and enough people liking the site enough to come back again to the tune of 90,000 of those visits being repeats, I've made sales to around 700 people total in the past year.
This website earns a penny per visitor, and costs more to maintain than it takes in.
Think about that: 300,000 visits, and a penny for each of them. I'd have to get this website to 10 million people a month to make what I made sitting in a cubicle surfing the Internet all day falling asleep in meetings in corporate America.
So, you're right, I didn't used to do affiliate stuff at all; I wanted to preserve the integrity of the site.
That would be fine if I had infinite time and infinite bandwidth. If I was immeasurably wealthy, and I didn't age and had all the time in the world, I could sit here and write content for people for free forever, and that'd be great. But I'm not; I've been trying to make this site work for years, and it still doesn't work; and I'm personally in the position financially where time's about to be up.
I don't talk about that stuff on here, because that's not what people come to this site to hear about. But just giving you a little perspective.
This website doesn't work, from a business point of view. It might be the free content model; great for getting traffic, awful for getting sales. It might be that people just don't want to buy something that's supposed to help them change their lives; they either want to buy something that WILL change their lives, without any effort on their part, or something that'll give them entertainment.
Anyway, would be great if I could keep going with this business, but more and more it's seeming that's not likely to happen. Even with writing less, Girls Chase takes a lot of my time and energy to maintain, and unfortunately the money it makes isn't even enough to break even, and compounding things in the unfortunate department, I'm in a place where I can't afford to spend time on things that aren't helping me survive. Before, I was; now, I'm not. So, yeah, I'm making a few last efforts to see if I can right the ship before I close up shop here. Hoped I could make this into some kind of inspiring, value-giving business venture that changed the world, but more and more it's looking instead like it was that nice little mom-and-pop store on the corner you liked going to but that simply didn't work as a business model and eventually closed down.
Well, live and learn. You never know, if the new stuff I'm trying works out, maybe I can turn it around. And hey, it's not done yet – I've got a few last tricks up my sleeve.
Ultimately, if Girls Chase and I do go down, and we may well do just that, we will, at least, be going down fighting, because that's my preferred mode of exit. You'll never say I didn't fight against the dying of the light.

It's great to hear what you're doing and the honesty. Trust me - I WANT this website to succeed because it's been such a huge foundation for who I am. The fact that you stay away from traditional pickup advice and focus on developing yourself is vital. This website isn't 'magic pill' material like the rest, and that's good.
But let's be honest - affiliate linking to porn sites isn't going to increase your cash flow. I'd be willing to guess that you've probably made less than a handful of sales from that link so far, if any at all.
You have a new relationship book coming out. This is your chance man. Develop an entirely new email series promoting that book. Do at minimum 10 email autoresponder messages for it.
I have a blog in the relationship market and I am averaging 40 uniques per day, but I am also averaging about 20 ebook sales per month. So I'm getting almost half of your sales for a fraction of the traffic. How?
Like you, I provide good content. Long articles and stuff that people can relate to. But unlike you, I am only selling my book for $19 and my sales page is short. I think that people looking for relationship advice will only buy if they are extremely desperate at anything more than 20 bucks. There are already a shit ton of books out there, so in my opinion, I decided to not go that route and see what happened. It's working so far so you should try testing different prices, shorter sales letters, multiple sales letters and see what happens. I would also only promote your conversation product to buyers only. I wouldn't talk about it on the site at all, except briefly. Email lists are key here.
This is, in my opinion, the best relationship blog on the internet. It would really be a shame to see it go. Shit, I'll buy this blog for thousands if I must to keep it alive!

For what it's worth this site and your book have not only got me laid but, dare-I-say-it, improved me greatly as a person. Some of your ideas - for example the law of least effort/sprezzatura - are borderline revolutionary (no homo). Completely bang on and absolutely nowhere to be found in the mountains of pua drivel out there.
However, I do have to partially agree with what some of the other posters are saying. Ricardus has come up with some interesting stuff (e.g. the 'X' factor series) but some of it just isn't on a par with your own material - either in terms of content or quality of writing.
Like the previous poster, I've detected mainstream PUA teaching seeping onto the site. The lack of this used to be - as far as I'm concerned - one of the site's main selling points.
Some of the newer articles also seem to contradict what you've previously written about group theory and, in particular, opening. You say in your book and on this blog that the direct opener is the 'most powerful opener out there.' But now all of a sudden its place has been taken by 'are you single?' And frankly it feels like that will change again next week.
It all just leaves me a little confused about what to do. If I've misunderstood something somewhere down the line, please do correct me!

You guys clearly don't need to watch as much porno as your average reader. So you might not be expected to know this but... the girls appearing on CP's site are dime-a-dozen pornstars. I actually recognise a few of them from other videos. Some of the girls are even relatively well known names in the industry. I'm not saying CP's techniques couldn't work in real life, but passing his movies off as reality is simply incorrect.

Honestly I think your posts are great as well as your books and videos. I have found your stuff very unique and practical. They all make so much sense, especially for something that I swear I can't figure it out without reading your material. I can tell you have put tons of energy on constructing this site and making it work the first time I visited. I have to admit I have become a completely different person since I started visiting this site, not just on relationship, but also the person I am. I don't know why there's always odd criticism to someone who tries hard to help people. Perhaps that's just the way it is. Just forget those things,Chase. Since you've got 90000 return visitors per month on here, they might have known how useful your stuff is. Chase you are obviously a smart guy with a particular talent, in that you break down male/female attraction and interaction in a sensible, balanced way which doesn't demean anybody (that was always the problem with the emerging PUA stuff -- too surreal and sleazy). I am part of your "problem" target demographic -- occasionally interested in the free blog posts, not quite sold on paying money for an ebook. I can still recognize what you're saying has a lot of value -- I just don't think you're pitching it correctly either.
There is an immense amount of material out there already, most of it free. The first question is, what would your hypothetical audience actually need? I am a big fan of Ross Enamait and Lyle Macdonald -- not the least because they are both consistently taking apart an industry (fitness) which is based on selling the promise of shortcuts to the naive. Your "How to get a girl" headline link is pretty much the same -- call out the BS and underline what's truly important. I see a lot of similarities between PUA/dating coaches and the fitness world -- it's an industry based on needlessly overcomplicating what should be fairly simple to justify sales. Both Ross and Lyle have books but don't try to pitch product at everyone -- just conditioning nuts/boxers and bodybuilders, respectively, who benefit more from that information than a beginner or enthusiast.
I'm pretty sure there is a niche you can occupy if you have 320,000 visits a month! Leverage the credibility you've already established with your blog to offer something unique that can't be attained elsewhere. You're already offering personalized advice to guys in the comments threads -- they're the ones who will want most to keep the website open. Why not tighten up your client base, and ask them to support the time you're investing thinking about their problems and advising in some kind of VIP forum? Or develop a "workbook" that has an self-evaluation to spot problems in particular areas, and practical exercises to improve weak points?
If you are keeping up with advertising, the evolution is now more about "hypertargeting" the right audience with the right product, rather than the catchiest sales pitch. In the same vein, as you have done sales, you must know that it's as much about a relationship with your clients as the product. There are some sites where this relationship is VERY developed (my mom is fanatical about skinactives, look at their forum for an example). That's where you need to spend some energy IMO -- don't settle for a cubicle job! You are obviously capable of good advice and people appreciate it. You just need to tweak your delivery model a little.

"Are you single" IS an (implicit) direct opener, albeit not a compliment. So, I'm in agreement with Chase there. That said, different things do work for different people, and you will have to test a few different approaches to find the one that works best for you.
Asking girls if they're single has done very well for me and my students (we'll have a KILLER testimonial up shortly), IF the delivery is on point - I discussed the proper delivery in my article.

Hey Chase,
I somewhat agree with the past post on not linking to a porno site. While getting laid is what guys who check out these sites generally aim for it's been a lot more than that for me. Sure, there is a ton of good information on seducing women but it all is rooted in exerting more influence on people in general. Half or more of what you write is applicable everywhere. It's great stuff and I'd say keep writing.
As for the business perspective, of course the website won't generate enough traffic to cover every little thing.
The book was a great idea, possibly get that hard bound.
Get a group of PUAs that are more along your style to help you write web posts.
Start holding seminars if you can and even dropping little adverts in more heavily trafficked sites.
I mean, I saw some of the stuff in this post useful. But it was hidden under a lot of unnecessary rubbish. Which is why I think a lot of people prefer your writing style. It's not bullshit. It's straight to the point and can be applied (most of the time) immediately to the situation.

Forgive my ignorance, but you're really believing this is happening without money being involved?
While I do believe what he's doing is possible, I highly doubt that many girls are willing to be videotaped during sex and put on the Internet for free. Also without some sort of contract it is illegal etc

Can't say for sure, though Ricardus and I had a conversation about California Pimp before I greenlighted these two posts and he told me it's been debated in the pick up community for a decade but after watching CP's videos extensively and applying the lessons from them himself he thinks the guy's legit. Ricardus is one of the most genuinely talented guys I've met through pick up and he's been active in this arena twice as long as I have, so I don't mind saying that as far as I'm concerned he probably knows his stuff.
You are correct though, a model release form is mandatory for using anyone's image in a photograph or video. I'm not sure of the business side of things for California Pimp, but my guess is that he gets women to sign a release after everything's over, and probably offers them some compensation. Porn actresses aren't terribly talented actresses, and I doubt most of them would be able to fake the resistance that CP runs into in so many of his films, so at least for the seduction itself, it'd be my presumption that the women don't know what they're getting into... at least not until after they've gotten into it (or he's gotten into them... pardon the bad pun).

Agreed. Lots of lessons here, but definitely, DON'T try to carbon copy the California Pimp model and start putting up ads for models on Craig's List. Dude is (from what I hear) SUPER smooth, and you won't be able to pull it off without this, and buckets of practice (and wins) in seduction scenarios under your belt already.
California Pimp is doing something extremely fine-grained, which is: converting an interaction from a BUSINESS interaction into a SEXUAL interaction. It's one of those things that, if you can get it right, you'll get it really right, but the rest of the time it'll bomb horribly. I'd stick to taking the lessons that CP has to offer and applying them to more normal seduction scenarios... like the girl you just invited up to your place to watch a movie after your first date.
That's where the lessons California Pimp has to impart become truly dynamite.

This seems to me like sexting, it's high danger and can give you high reward, but at the same time you risk of burning a lot of great interactions by going that quickly.
You would also risk buyer's remorse if you'd want a relationship.

First off, thanks for the support and suggestions. A little detail on a few of them: I've tested different book prices, and $38.95's actually beat out lower prices, even half as much – go figure. People are weird. Newletter's definitely something I'm working on revamping. Changing the business model, too. I could do Private Lounge, that's a good suggestion, but I'm actually a little too ambitious and I'm aiming for big, scalable businesses. I'm a little loathe to charge people for pageviews; I've seen sites that do this, and hate it myself, and I've noticed a lot of those sites cut it out after a while, which I'd intuit means it doesn't work that well. I may start offering some premium content, but I'd want to make sure it was REALLY good, and I'll have to think more on that one.
Anyway, I've got a few things in the works that I'm actually pretty excited about, and I think have a good chance of rapidly scaling up revenues in this business while actually being welcome additions and not being overly intrusive (I'm not a fan of over-advertising either, but I WILL keep playing around with ad placements, kinds of ads, and kinds of offerings until I figure out how best to make this site earn the revenues it requires to maintain it and grow it).
Onto the controversy.
I think Ricardus' already addressed a lot of the commentary here, but he's as legit as anyone else I've seen. His writing style does come off a little PUA-ishy at times (maybe I can get him to work on that!), but his content is very, very strong.
Here's a play-by-play on Jeff's last comment, because I want to address this:
"Are you single?" One of the old adages in the pick up community that actually holds it salt is, "Openers don't matter." Personally, I've tried opening girls by handing them things like a note reading, "I think you're really beautiful," or by dangling my car keys and asking them who wanted a ride in my Ferrari (I didn't have a Ferrari). Anyway, just my thoughts. Certainly no one's obligated to read Ricardus' articles, but I hope you will – his stuff seems to be continually getting stronger.
Oh, and as far as 15-minute lays – I've had these sans alcohol myself, and I've had other friends who have too. One pal of mine had a girl he picked up at a train station in London in broad daylight, walked her to her apartment nearby, and slept with 13 minutes from the moment he opened her (he timed himself). I'm sorry to hear that it hasn't been successful financially speaking. A new business model would probably help, I don't know, I'm not a business major.

It appears that netvideogirls is fake and/or is a scam. If it's real then I suppose he just convinced all the girls to sign model releases after telling them it won't be put online? And the link above shows over 140 girls outed as porn stars and pretending this is their first time on NVG. Also, on the www.netvideogirls.com website (as of today), it says it has been "caught live for you in a staged enviornment (sic)". Staged as in fake.
Ricardo, Chase etc shame on you for promoting this as real in field footage. You should at least disclose whether you are earning a commission as an affiliate. Makes me wonder what else on your website is bullshit.

First off, thanks for the links, Anon. I suspect CP does something similar to what a lot of these guys do, where some of it’s real and some of it's fake. Or who knows, maybe it's all staged.
The point of Ricardus's post was demonstrating an escalation technique that he’s used extensively (and now some of our community members have as well) and that works for him/them.
Now, if you’re convinced the METHODS are fake (which is the only thing we’re concerned with), that’s another story. If THAT’S the case, present your evidence and we’ll weigh it against Ricardus’s and what the guys on our boards who’ve used CP’s methods have to say, and we can have a more solid discussion about it. How many girls have you tried his methods on? 5? 10? 20? 40? What was the result? And how do they compare against, say, whatever your standard escalation pattern was before?
Unfortunately, most guys don’t think practical application and setting and testing hypotheses, they just want to debate groundless theory, which as far as I’m concerned is for the birds. What’s the point? Get out there and do it:

Please note, I'm not arguing whether these escalation METHODS and/or TECHNIQUES could actually work in another context. They probably do (from my own experience).
However, my main issue is that if you really believed in empiricism, you wouldn't be promoting fake footage as real "evidence" in support of these techniques.
Now you back down a bit and state "who knows, maybe it's all staged". But in part II of the article, Ricardo states "But, we actually know a friend of California Pimp, and he told us that yes… most of it, is indeed real."
Stop spreading misinformation.... admit NVG is fake and move on.
Again, I'm not doubting whether these escalation techniques may be effective in the field. But promoting California Pimp's videos as real evidence is borderline fraud. While NVG does this as part of their business model, you're not helping your readers by promoting lies.

You seem to be assuming the videos in question are conclusively proven staged by a forum thread you’ve dug up, therefore we ought to go back and revise Ricardus’s article to better fit your understanding of the veracity of these videos.
Personally, on the one hand I’ve got Ricardus’s word, and he says he listened to guys for years moaning that CP is fake but after investigating it himself he came away convinced it’s mostly real, and on the other hand I’ve got a bunch of guys from pickup boards saying he must be fake and a forum thread you’ve posted here. I’ve never seen any of this guy’s videos and I’m not personally invested in this, nor do I care.
However, the only guy I know here is Ricardus, and I know Ricardus knows his stuff, and I know Ricardus pulls ass. I am also challenging the claims in your article, so you probably have a right to get defensive. But there is no need for personal insults. I'm not sure how posting direct evidence that the NVG videos are fake/staged by porn stars gives me an "Asperger-y level of obsession". I'm interested in the pickup scene and just trying to get to the truth.

I never said "conclusive proven", but there is a massive amount of evidence, which is enough to convince me and any other reasonable person that it is staged. Over 144 porn stars have been identified as NVG girls according to that link which someone else bothered to put together (not me). These are not "everyday girls" responding to an advert. The www.netvideogirls.com website also mentions that the environment is "staged". And every girl would have needed to sign a model release or their identifying features would have to be censored (e.g. faces/tattoos etc). So yes, I am saying that there is a huge amount of evidence is showing that it is fake. You can believe Ricardus, but I feel that this significantly affects his credibility given the evidence. If you or Ricardus have ANY evidence to the contrary that ANY videos posted on NVG are "real" (i.e. actual pickup where the girl isn't a porn star/call girl who has been briefed and is roleplaying), then please post it.
I'm also not arguing "that every video ever posted under the sun on pickup is fake at one time or another". Don't project onto me arguments you've had in the past with other people on the internet. I know pickup is "real". But I also know a lot of pickup artists edit their videos heavily. But this is not either one of those situations. Here, the videos are clearly fake, with girls roleplaying that they are falling for CP's "techniques". I would advise that CP most likely does have some kind of release and disclosure. Otherwise he might be held libel for rape by fraud. Escalation techniques aside, knowing misleading people into sexual activity can be interpreted as coercion, especially if it were uploaded to the internet unknowingly by the other party. For example, if I present myself to a woman as someone who is getting them a job based on their sexual performance when no such job exists in the first place, that can be considered fraud as it was not technically done with proper consent. That's obviously extremely difficult to prove but I would just want everyone to be wary of it. I don't necessarily think that's what CP is doing either, but he would be an absolute fool and potentially screwed if there were not a release to show the consent of all parties both in the sexual activity and in the posting on the internet. It's the same reason you can't post revenge porn of old sex tapes with exes. And as there are not mountains of sexual assault charges documented against this guy (maybe there are but I doubt it), he has something to fall back on. I guess my main point would be that getting laid is awesome, but for the love of pussy, get consent and use the escalation techniques but don't forget this ass you pull belongs to a person. Girls want to get down with casual sex all the time and fucking should, but you will veer right into creepy-land if you don't even try to respect them or don't understand what goes on behind the scenes in porn.
