Managing attainability

One of the things chase always advocates is being social, however how is one supposed to maintain attainability in this? If you become very social it will cause attainability to become too high. Also how are you supposed to run bad boy game while also being social , would it not be conflicting to be bad boy and friendly at the same time?

I think if you interact with people on a more sincere level, and are present in the conversation your attainability won't take a hit. It is when you are a social butterfly that your attainability appears too high.
