What Long-Term Mentorship Is

I hopped on a call with an audience member last year who thought I was going to fly out to his area and do the long-term mentorship with him in-person (I’m pretty sure he was high though. That was a fun conversation regardless, if you’re reading, bro!).

So to avoid any confusion, let me fill you in on the specifics.

In a long-term mentorship with me, you’ll work with me live over the Internet, one-on-one, in face-to-face calls over a period of months (ranging from a little under half a year to the better part of a year). We won’t generally be going out in-person (though I do sometimes meet up with clients if they happen to be in-town or I’m coming through their location).

Most of my mentorship students are in the United States, but I have mentorship students from Europe as well (France, England, etc.), and can work with anyone from anywhere (heck, I had a mentorship client from Saudi Arabia a few years back. That went great… we got him out of a horrible relationship then got him getting laid plenty and enjoying his bachelorhood in spite of the super strict public morality police over there. Where there’s a will, there’s a way!).

I have plenty of general things we can work on – I even have a Cold Approach Mentorship Success Metrics sheet I’ve whipped up just for mentorship clients just to help you track your progress over time (cold approach can be a little frustrating the first few months when you’re first getting the hang of it but maybe not getting many dates or lays out of it yet. Often the breakthroughs feel like they come ‘all at once’, even though you’ve actually been chipping away at it for a while to get there… that’s what the Success Metrics are for; so you can monitor the progress you’re making en route to all the more MAJOR milestones you’ll get).

However, the real value in mentorship, aside from the added structure and clarity to your approach with women, is the tailoring of the program to you.

Because look: every guy is in a rather different place with girls. Just looking at my mentorship clients from the second half of last year:

• Several of them are really awesome guys whom women like to talk to but who struggled a bit injecting sensuality and man-woman vibes into their interactions.

• Several of them didn’t have that problem at all, but instead were struggling to get girls to really CONNECT with them and not just view them as ‘junk food flirts’.

• Others had other issues, like the client who is good at picking up girls who approach or signal him but struggles when he isn’t getting such ‘choosing signals’… or the one who, shortly into working with me, managed to land a girl he really likes, except he’s never had a real relationship before and needed to figure out how to handle the tricky situations this great but slightly confusing girl tosses his way.

That’s where tailoring comes in: we can leave aside the things each student is already fine at, or that are not pressing needs, and zero in on the HIGHEST IMPACT stuff for every guy.

And I’ll tell you what I have found: even among students with voluminous knowledge of Girls Chase material, there is a difference between knowing the material and applying it:

• Sometimes, guys know the material, but aren’t executing it exactly right (then wonder why they aren’t getting full mileage out of it). They need tweaks to their delivery, timing, or what they use the material in concert with. These are simple to make in a mentorship but virtually impossible to convey outside of dedicated sessions. (Once they have this side of a technique down, it can 5-10x the performance of the material they are using.)

• Sometimes, guys have come across the material before, but they forgot about it or didn’t recognize its importance – until we worked together and I had them focus on it (then they improved in the area the material is targeted to by leaps and bounds!).

• And while most mentorship clients are already very familiar with Girls Chase, some are fairly new to this site and my methods, and because there is SO MUCH here, they just don’t know it all or need help finding the right bits to focus on.

For this reason, every student I work with ultimately receives a different program, starting from the custom roadmap I draw up for his mentorship at the beginning, to the way the program unfolds as we go along it.

 

How We Conduct Your Mentorship

Every time we talk (and we will talk a couple times per month), we’ll review what you’ve been up to, how it’s been going, and the homework for last time.

We’ll also have a look at either a field report or an audio recording of one of your sessions making approaches or going on a date. (That way, I can put the best of my super analysis ability to work pulling out all the important details you didn’t even realize were important until I pointed them out. This is one of the ways we get you evolving fast!)

With some students, I do drills to hone the delivery, spontaneity, or execution of something new we’ll be working on. With others (the ones who pick it up right away) we just focus on the tweaks and strategies and when/how to use them.

One thing I’ve also found myself discussing (more than I thought I would) with mentorship students is ‘inner game’:

• How to think about girls

• How to think about yourself

• Ways to keep up motivation, guard against burnout, and be ready to approach & close

• The psychology behind various strategies and techniques you’ll use

When we discuss these things, it’s really mostly me just uploading my mentalities about them into the mind of the student. We only do this when I think it’s needed or the student wants to discuss it, but every time we’ve talked about this stuff students seem to value it a LOT.

Every session ends with homework for the student to work on before our next session.

As one of my mentorship clients put it, I am “a personal trainer for [your] social life.”

 

What Kind of Results Can You Expect?

Of the clients I took on between July-November last year, ~40% of them had slept with a new girl within a month or two of starting the mentorship, and they ALL (100% of them) had girls ready to be pulled (a lot of the newer guys drop the ball at this point… but that is okay. It is part of how you LEARN. A few dropped balls and you become a lot more aggressive about not dropping balls! Always be closing!).

But more importantly than that (I mean, lays are important(!), but we’re also looking Big Picture here), every student has noticeably shored up various weak points in his game, fixed a bunch of problems he had prior to the mentorship, formed a much clearer mental pathway about what to do to continue to progress his results, and hit key new milestones with women and dating.

It’s hard work, going out and talking to girls, I will not lie to you. It’s not like you’re going to wave your hand and girls just start falling into your lap.
