I\u2019ve been in an extreme mentally rut lately, my life has improved everywhere else, but with women. As I\u2019ve said before I just gave up on dating and everything because my results weren\u2019t there. \u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI went out at least 2-3 times a week approaching women, every week with hardly any breaks. I even got on apps where I had a lot of matches, but still dealt with the same issue.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI have to state this because I don\u2019t want it to look like I never did anything at all. My failed efforts are one of the reasons why I can\u2019t stop asking questions about the same stuff and other issues I mentally deal with.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI put in so much work, with such bad results.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI had results but the constant flakes just made me quit and made me think that this wasn\u2019t something I was supposed to be doing and I should just keep to myself.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI was wrong, now I\u2019m like why did I do that for? So now I realize I still want what I want with dating, I honestly still don\u2019t want to settle down and want to date around. \u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI really want to get out of this mental rut of not going out for so long. I never felt this way before and now I even worry about creating this lifestyle without being criticized.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E2. I also realized that the biggest problem I have is that I\u2019m extremely passive and I don\u2019t know why. That\u2019s with everything not just women. Everything feels extremely hard for me to do and I have to force myself to do anything.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThat\u2019s from lifting weights consistently, staying in shape, learning a skill set, going out consistently, etc.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI have to really force myself hard to do these things and I don\u2019t know why.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EBut mostly with women though, I just can\u2019t do regular approaches consistently and I just can\u2019t do it with day game. I\u2019m thinking do I need anxiety meds or something to do this? I really want to do it, but I honestly feel I will get rejected and am just bothering them. \u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI\u2019ve always felt like this since I was really young, I was extremely passive with everything hoping things would fall into my lap, but if it didn\u2019t I\u2019d be fine because I didn\u2019t know better at the time, I was always very passive and thought if a woman liked me or if I was going to do something, it would happen.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EApproaching feels so foreign to me, and I realize that I\u2019ve always felt this way. I don\u2019t know why it\u2019s so hard for me to do day game or even night street game. If it\u2019s not at a club or bar, it\u2019s very difficult to say anything and I don\u2019t know why.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ETo be honest I actually feel ashamed of myself for the life I\u2019ve lived and what I haven\u2019t accomplished. It\u2019s like I don\u2019t deserve to do approaching or going out in nightlife because I should have been done with this already and not still learning it. \u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EIf I ever got rejected because of my age, I actually would be hurt a lot, I think about that a lot.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI know that I have to put in the work though, it\u2019s just my mind telling me this.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI realize now that I want to create many memories with many women. This is what I want, it\u2019s not about some ego thing. I think about women every second and still want that high notch count the regular way. \u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EMy main mental blocks for the past years have always been my age and doing this while being older. I\u2019ve noticed people have always talked about age a lot, it\u2019s even more apparent now.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI\u2019ve even seen videos that have nothing to do with women at all and they\u2019re talking about their fear of being older. So that\u2019s why age has been such a big focus for me.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI want to start getting what I want though.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI have a lot more motivation now because I\u2019m finally making some money and realized quitting dating and being a total recluse is not mentally healthy at all.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EI\u2019m just trying to think how am I going to reach the notch count I want without looking or feeling weird about it. Can I still go to bars and clubs and be fine? I just can\u2019t think of other places where I can approach so many women.
