What happens when you\u0026#039;ve had consistently had negative experiences with women and absorbed everyone else\u0026#039;s bitter experiences about women? It\u0026#039;s hard to not be bitter when most of my experiences have been negative. I understand that it\u0026#039;s an issue with my ability to screen\/filter women and as well as acting in a certain way that would generate the bad behavior. Or, basically, any news, or stock tickers, crypto prices, inane Reddit opinion threads, YouTube videos, social media posts, etc.. I was consuming a lot of junk like that stuff for a while; I quit any of it I was still on a month ago. And man, let me tell you, it feels GOOD. I have no idea what\u0027s going on with all these things outside my control, but I have way more clarity about my own life and total control over the stuff I actually have control over). Then go cold turkey on that media. If that feels hard to do, just ask yourself what\u2019ll happen to you if you go without it for a month. Do you \u003Cstrong\u003Eneed\u003C\/strong\u003E it? Will you die? Suffer extreme loss due to lack of being properly informed? Probably not.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDo this for even a month and you\u2019ll notice changes.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EKeep doing it, and the changes will compound.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThen you can start interacting with people in real life from a different head space; and you will start reaping different results, as well.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDon\u2019t forget to seek \u003Ca href=\u0022\/\/www.girlschase.com\/content\/reference-points-and-changing-worldviews\u0022\u003Ereference points\u003C\/a\u003E with different people \u0026amp; women. That continued and accelerated when I started cold approach. I just sought out the toughest situations to meet girls in and pitched myself into them, potentially getting rudely rejected, having to fight through the emotion and adapt to it. The Internet was hard for me at first too; people are really rude on the Internet... What I do in those situations is just turn myself into a rock; no emotion out, no sign of weakness, no reaction, just take in the situation and don\u0027t do anything until I\u0027ve figured out a proper response. Sure some of the negative qualities of women can irritate me like not being consistent with their emotions\/feelings\/thoughts and their obliviousness in general. In addition to that they gotta deal with the bs society throws at them with their man shaming,masculinity draining tactics,\u0026quot;empowerment\u0026quot; of women which makes it harder for men to play their role as the aggressor,and makes women even more difficult to have as a ltr. Even if you become a high value man with good fundamentals you never ever really stop becoming a seller you just have a better product,but you still have to go around and market it and hope women like what you have to offer. You\u0026#039;ve probably heard the peasant\/begger analogy before do you believe it\u0026#039;s a bad comparison? I don\u0026#039;t feel like a begger when I cold approach,but it\u0026#039;s still not efficient. It honestly feels like they are trying to make themselves feel better by trying to bring me down. It\u0027s how I started and still generally my preference.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe challenge with rolling solo is you need to start socializing right away. It\u0027s easy to get trapped in a silent sink where you aren\u0027t talking to anyone. Then after everyone in the venue has mentally tagged you as \u0022that quiet guy sitting all by himself\u0022, if you start going around socializing with people suddenly it seems incongruous.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EYou can do the \u0022chill quiet guy at the bar who talks to people as they enter his vicinity\u0022 thing, and that can work.
