One trick is to view women as your only release, and once your consistently sleeping with women you won't want to masturbate anymore. You can do this by tricking your obsession with masturbation and apply it to getting laid. You'll be more motivated when you go out and confident as you approach women. Your mind will be thinking "Hey this is the woman I want to help me get off."

It is very easy to become sexually addicted to masturbation and then after a while it can become a way of life as with any addiction it can be overcome rather easily...no counseling...no therapy...no meetings...no lengthy discussions...one just has to make a decision to not do it and that decision is irreversible...no turning back...you will find that after a couple of weeks that your desire to pursue women is ( like that one you had your eyes one for a long time...) returning in a BIG way...and you will become more aggressive...hell you might even get laid...

Any negative and compulsive habit can be overcome... With effort.
Firstly, keep In mind habits occur when they're triggered. I know for me, this habit occurs when I'm alone, not being productive and as soon as I open incognito mode in my browser. Like Chase said in his recent article, the brain is a predictive based machine and these triggers set off good and bad habits. I've found, for myself recently keeping away from these triggers stop the habit from occurring. I can also recommend getting an extension for your browser which blocks sites. There are many out there, which will make it more of an annoyance than anything to carry through with these habits.

so every time you whack off you are "robbing thr bank"...."getting your fix"...after all sex is like a drug...so you are addicted...to your hand...you are in a relationship...with your...hand...look at your hand...and move your fingers...now you know who is in charge here...not your hand...but you...when that little voice in your head says a yeah let's get some...let's...whack off...etc. etc. you know that is the sound of the part of your lower brain that just wants pleasure,food sex,etc. but it's just a dumb animal...it's just want's to survive...it's millions of years of survival instincts gone haywire...just like an alki...or a smoker...or any other habit...it serves a purpose...

Go out as often as you can and whenever you do cold approach like crazy, daygame and nightgame. Eventually you'll have racked up multiple girls you're dating and so will have multiple sexual partners. This means that even if you see each girl only once a week and you're dating 3 or 4 girls you'll be having sex 3 or 4 times a week so will feel no need to masturbate anymore. This should sort it out. I've currently got a couple of girls i'm seeing and fucking, yet still working on racking up more and I find it's definitely working.

one thing that i dont understand though is that owen from RSD fucks girls every day or every other day, says he still watches porn regularly yet he STILL manages to cum during sex. That's because not every guy has a problem with porn. I think this is something that gets blown largely out of proportion. Porn in excess (like anything else) can certainly lead to problems. But a lot of guys, myself included, can watch porn and still have a strong desire to fuck actual women. Sometimes, it's also fun to watch porn with a girl.. . and don't let them lie to you, a lot of girls watch it as well.
