Go along with it and run your interaction as if it was never brought up. Just don't validate it. Besides girls will say "I'm only looking for friends." as a way to not seem easy. But as we all know if you're the right type of guy for her then all of a sudden you become an exception to all of a girl's rules. She's also positioning herself in a way so that if things do get physical, then she remains blameless. "I was only looking for friends. But the sex just kinda happened."
